coining: pianissimo's terms
a new post has been made with more terms!
most of these are actual music terms but re-contextualized to fit the posse
functions and/or "roles":
⌗ STACCATO
an ID that's disconnected from the majority of other IDs, to the point where there's a stark contrast when that ID is present.
⌗ STACCATISSIMO
where the staccato from other IDs feels extreme.
⌗ VIRTUOSO
an ID that manages other IDs, normally a leader or main.
⌗ RISOLUTO
an ID that is most likely to make or approve of decisions in the IDcollective.
⌗ SCHERZANDO
a (often young) ID that feels and/or is childish.
personality (or not) traits:
⌗ VIVACE
an ID that's normally very active and full of energy.
⌗ ADAGIO
an ID that's normally slower and calmer than most.
⌗ AMORE
an ID that's deeply connected to a certain type of love and/or loves deeply.
body related and/or switching related:
switching doesn't need yo be actual switching, i just don't know what other wording to use and it fits us
⌗ RITARDANDO
a slow switch, which is gradual and sometimes feels disorientating.
⌗ RITENUTO
when an adagio ID switches in immediately after a vivace ID.
⌗ PORTAMENTO
a smooth switch where it feels less like a switch and more like possession.
⌗ DOLOROSO
a switch which triggers bad memories and/or trauma.
⌗ FORTEPIANO
a strong trauma response immediately followed by dissociation, normally triggered by switching.
specific labeling:
⌗ PIANISSIMO
our resolution to treat our collective (and ourselves) softly and patiently.
⌗ SIMILE-
used as a prefix for an ID label, ie. simile a vivace would be similar to a vivace ID.
⌗ TUTTI
an opinion and/or decision made by all IDs.
⌗ DAL SEGNO
for when an ID specifically likes repeating or spamming things.
